Can I change the gift box after I've purchased it?

if you are unhappy with the UniQ Hamper you've selected, please send an email (uniqhampers@gmail.com) within 30 minutes of purchase to change hampers to equal value. 

Can I swap out particular items from one UniQ Hamper to another?

Unfortunately we put a lot of time and effort into our UniQ Hampers and we are unable to swap items between Hampers

Can I purchase duplicates of the same box?

We create a limited amount of each hamper as we want to keep these hampers UniQue! The philosophy behind our hampers is that each hamper is UniQue and we offer a wide variety of hampers to select from. 

Do you combine postage?

Our shipping courier company combine postage costs for multiple purchased hampers which is combined at the checkout. You are getting the best price possible when purchasing our gorgeous hampers.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Where possible, we try and make our company as environmentally friendly as possible. We order products that aren't in lots of packaging to try and reduce the plastic we use. We also like to use recycled paper for our boxes and packaging. On occasion, we need to use bubble wrap to protect products, but we'd love to see our consumers reusing this bubble wrap to package another gift.

Where do you source your products from?

We try and source products from multiple different vendors and wholesalers. . We never want to limit our ability to provide customers with the most UniQ and beautiful hampers that we can offer.

Can I have a refund if I've changed my mind?

Can I have a message with my hamper?

In the comments section, please write your message if you wish to have a love note included with your hamper. 

Do you deliver locally?

We do offer locally delivery around the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. If you enter your postal details at checkout, it will appear if local delivery is offered. Otherwise our postage fees are very low and reasonable. 

How long will it take to get my Hamper?

Hampers take between 2-3 business days to process. This is to organize the hamper with wrapping, packaging, messages and organizing a courier. After the hamper is collected via the courier, it can take between 2-7 business days. 

Who do you use to post your products?

We use a courier provider called 'Sendle'. Sendle is run through Courier Please who also use third party couriers to deliver the hampers. This is so that the hamper will get to the delivery address as soon as possible. We also offer Australia Post delivery.

Can I track my item?

All hampers come with a tracking number through either Sendle or Australia Post. Occasionally Sendle uses a third-party courier and the tracking number won't update until the hamper has been delivered. Don't stress! Your hamper is in good hands. Sendle take very good care of all hampers and update the tracking information as soon as they have updates.
